Looking to apply for some sophomore summer analyst positions at BB (MS/GS/Bofa), but i know these are competitive and likely a long shot. Does getting rejected for sophomore summer analyst position hurt my chances when I go to recruit for junior summer at these banks?

No not at all unless u say smth rly dumb in ur interview. Just try ur best and also keep in mind most of not all soph seats go to diversity or nepo. Try to keep contact w ur networking contacts for junior summer if u can. I didn’t get soph summer for one of those firms and got a superday for junior summer (didn’t end up doing it). Good luck!
