Start training while finishing undergrad?

Hi all,

I will be interning this summer after my junior year. Assuming I receive a return offer, I will have another year left in my undergrad including the following summer. Will I be able to finish my final 2 courses in the summer (July through August) while training? If training is in September I'll be fine but I know most banks start training in July. I would be training for full-time during the day and taking my final 2 courses at night. Has anyone done this before? Thank you all in advance for our insights.

Is there any way you can take the courses during your senior year instead?

Training tends to be pretty low-intensity, so if you have to take the courses (I assume online) during the summer, it won't be the end of the world from a time management perspective.

My one concern is that the bank may have some bureaucratic HR issue with you not having graduated before you start; they may ask you for a transcript during the summer before you start.

Thank you for the comment. I would take the courses during senior year, but the problem is in the fall I’m taking a prerequisite for my spring classes which are prerequisites for the final 2 courses. It’s complicated but it’s the only way to do it. I wouldn’t mind taking them in the summer during training but my only concern is if I’m even allowed to do that from an HR perspective.
