Starting in M&A
I have just accepted an offer at an IB. I will be a M&A Analyst and want to have a leg up in my competition. Any news articles I can read regularly or books that I can get a more in-depth knowledge on how to structure deals, negotiate valuations, etc. will be much appreciated.
