Starwood infrastructure finance

Hello all, I am going to complete my 2 years of IB and received an offer to join Startwood Capitals infrastructure finance team.  They do lending to various power plants and infrastructure related to energy.  Does anyone have any insight on the group or what the senior people in the group are like?  What is reputation of group?  Would appreciate any insights.  Thanks
