Struggle

Hello everyone, I am looking for some advice. I am a senior at a non target school, I have had experience at a boutique PE firm, and was at Goldman last summer. I turned down Goldman as I felt pigeonholed in wealth management and was already denied internal mobility within a different division. I am top 5 of the business school, teacher assistant, several leadership roles, and a VC internship throughout the year. I also hold several FINRA licenses and am taking CFA Level 1 in Feb. I have applied to over 100+ banks for full time analyst roles in banking programs… denied from about 20ish. I have had 2 interviews so far. Even with networking and getting my resume flagged by senior people I’m still not even given the opportunity to interview and/or getting denied. I know that the recruitment process especially for IB is primarily during the summer and I think it’s pretty dry right now. Should I get a masters in finance at my non target school (1 year accelerated program and it would be free for me) and find a summer associate internship? Or should I wait it out and hope something comes along? Thanks in advance
