Do u know what a stub bonus is
yah it represents a portion of a full bonus usually because FT hires out of undergrad start midway through the year in summer
So it depends at what point in the bonus year you start… there’s not going to be one single answer because someone off-cycle could start at any point in the year
Prorate it for a quick benchmark. If you’ll only be working for 5 of 12 months, take the full year bonus and multiply by 5/12. The actual number can differ but it’s a good place to start.
Quick question would working off cycle before you get hired FT impact stub bonus payment. For example I was working a little more than 1.5 year as an intern at this firm and only been an Analyst since graduation so how would that work?
No interns time don’t count
