Has anyone ever heard of IB internships that run through the winter or I guess anytime other than summer? I am post grad and was just curious

Very common in Canada - even GS does fall/winter internships in Toronto.

Yeah, its not uncommon for students to push their grad date to get a couple of offcycle internships in their sophomore or junior years, mainly to leverage it better for junior summer.
