Sumitomo Mitsui Summer Intern Program
Looking for anyone with any one who can give me more insight on the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation's (SMBC) Intern Program.
-Anybody that has previously been in it? / Invited for 2016 Intern Initial Interview? -Do intern positions turn into full time analyst offers after graduation? -How does it compare to BB summer analyst programs? (Now, I understand that SMBC ain't a giant. But they are pretty renowned in corporate banking. Lets give them credit. )Do Intern do meaningful work? -What divisions/ business groups within Sumitomo are strong or reputable? -Is there potential with SMBC on the resume for exit opportunities/post grad analyst positions in IB, Sales/Trading or portfolio management?
ANYTHING, HONESTLY TELL ME ANYTHING I ALREADY DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS JAPANESE BANK.

Recently accepted a position at SMBC for my internship this summer -- does anyone know if SMBC offer sponsorship to internationals for full time? Really interested and would love to know any of your insights.
