After a long process I have come up short acquiring a SA position for 2025. Does anyone know of banks that do not start recruiting until the summer or fall? I still very much want to pursue IB and would love to know of banks that are still recruiting/have not begun their process yet.

Some that come to mind are GP Bullhound, D.A. Davidson, Needham and Co, DC Advisory, Stout, Stephens, and Cantor Tech also recruited really late for 2024 SA cycle but likely because they're a brand new group at Cantor.
GP Bullhound is a pretty solid place if you want to do tech IB. Really nice people but it is hardcore so you better know your shit. They had late summer into fall recruitment last cycle.
Some BBs reopen their apps in the fall right? Did this happen last year?
