If I were to take an upper level finance course during the summer not at my school, but at a local school would I still list that on my resume under coursework? If so, Where would I list it, cause it can't be put under my schools edu section right?

yep, you can list it. Try take as many courses as possible this summer. A course that focuses on full blown DCF/contingent analysis/relative valuation is good.

Well, I'm in the middle of DealMaven right now, it's pretty good IMO. Since I'm still in undergrad, I was thinking of going local and maybe taking a corp fin. course, or something to do with M&A, poss. a course on fin. statement analysis.
If you people are interested, Stern NYU offers courses to non-Stern students in the summer. You could do an internship and take courses at the same time.
