Hey Everyone - I am new to this site and am seeking advice. I interned in a top bulge bracket for sophomore year and didn't get a return to come back for next year. I am trying to recruit again now and coming from a non target, I can't seem to find what possible answer would be satisfactory to "why didn't you get a return?" Does anyone has any opinion/thoughts?
