Summer vs Full-time Programs
Hello,
Does anyone knows the difference between the summer analyst program and the full-time analysts program ? Are the conversion rates the same ? The salary the same ? Usually who get offer from these programs ?
And finally, is it a good way to break into IB full-time if we didnt have summer internships ?
