Superday after 2 months?
I was told that my superday is going to be in January but I had my phone screen 2 weeks ago (with a BB). Anyone know why they put me on a superday this late?

I have heard some banks do another round if a large amount of their analysts rejected their offers.
Also, some banks just have a later process. If this is the case, they are not in direct competition with other banks for candidates and tend to have more relaxed processes
Thanks! I just wonder why they have to have me wait for 2 months..because I know some other candidates that had phone screens around my time got superdays this month.
Do you go to a target school? Lots of banks, BBs especially, are starting with non-target recruiting and then transitioning to target recruiting in late December/early January.

Hmm maybe it's just an exception then. Either way, you've confirmed that you have a superday scheduled, right? I wouldn't worry about it if they're explicitly giving you the chance to interview.
Thanks! I have had couple times that interviewers told me I would hear back on a certain day, but it didn't happen so I am just confused on the whole phone screen-supeday process.
I know a BB that does this. I wonder if it's the same bank. Expect a fierce competition, like only 1 out of 12 candidates at superday will be given an offer.
