Technically you could and just be careful to ONLY expense your own items/food, it's not like there are cameras or bed checks in the room... but I really wouldn't. Have your romantic weekend another time, focus on the superday.
True, yeah. I think I’ll just go solo. How does the Superday expensing work - do you book your own flights/hotel/food and front everything ahead of time and then send them your receipts?
Ask them if you should book the flight and hotel through their travel agent first. In fact you should be asking them all these questions and not strangers on WSO.
