For context, did a couple superdays for mid-level competitiveness roles, and felt that I had good conversations at both places but didn't get either. As I move on to the next phase of the cycle, would love to hear from folks that have completed superdays about your thoughts on how you did. A few questions specifically:

What do you think went well/didn't go well?

How do you think the criteria is different from first rounds/HireVues?

Is it better to give a prepared, well thought-out response or just genuinely answer the question, even though that means you might stumble more?
