You can move around for sure. Loan syndication is a product group in IBD. Internal transfer will not be difficult down the line. Exit wise really depends.
Unfortunately for the bank that I'm looking at, the syndications team is within the commercial banking division. Does that change anything relating to exit opps given that the position is in the CB division and not IBD?
The job description did state that I would be working with the LevFin, IB, and Corp Banking team though
