Taking 2 Days Off as an Intern due to Family Emergency
Hi, just to preface that I have already taken 1.5 days off (due to illness) about 2-3 weeks ago and this week there was a family emergency where my sibling had to get rushed to the ER for surgery. I have already taken the day off today and would possible need to take the day off tomorrow as well (just got word that they will begin the surgery overnight, so I would need to stay at the hospital in rotation with my mom). I am just worried about how this will look, especially since I already took a day and a half off 2 weeks ago. This is an 8-month internship at a major bank. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
Ur good but just make sure you don’t miss anything more and also don’t take sick time off.

Also, just to preface, my role is AM, not IB, should have changed the flair...... but yeah, I honestly would have to take the day off tomorrow or quite possibly work at home if I can due to my situation. My manager has been chill about it, but I really dont want to push any buttons and seem like a bad/slacking intern,
