Taking 2 Days Off as an Intern due to Family Emergency

Hi, just to preface that I have already taken 1.5 days off (due to illness) about 2-3 weeks ago and this week there was a family emergency where my sibling had to get rushed to the ER for surgery. I have already taken the day off today and would possible need to take the day off tomorrow as well (just got word that they will begin the surgery overnight, so I would need to stay at the hospital in rotation with my mom). I am just worried about how this will look, especially since I already took a day and a half off 2 weeks ago. This is an 8-month internship at a major bank. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! Also, just to preface, my role is AM, not IB, should have changed the flair...... but yeah, I honestly would have to take the day off tomorrow or quite possibly work at home if I can due to my situation. My manager has been chill about it, but I really dont want to push any buttons and seem like a bad/slacking intern,

Thanks, appreciate it a lot. Since I have been at this internship a little over two months now, I just think that itd be a bad look on me if I were to take the day off tomorrow...
