Taking a semester off to re-recruit?

Rising non-target junior here. Would it be worth it to take this next semester off to re-recruit for summer analyst positions? Didn't network enough and my prospects aren't looking too good. How would this look to banks? I have a solid PE/HF/VC internship this summer and am confident I could get one next summer technically as a sophomore again. Any thoughts???

Paranoid about anonymity lol. It's HF if that helps but didn't think it mattered too much

Nah I'm actually modeling and i've been able to sit in on a ton of meetings and have learned a lot which has been great.

I'm sure the senior people are well connected here. It's a very large firm w/ 25b+ AUM, but I haven't done a great job of networking due to the virtual aspect of it. I've only work with one analyst so far and the internship is wrapping up.
