TD Securities closing Cowen
I know TD securities was a middle market firm, but just curious on what people think of the firm, especially now that the Cowen merger closed. Would they be considered a boutique IB? Just wanted to hear thoughts on this merger and what others think of TD securities?
Marginal improvement TD's IB arm by rounding out weaker areas of the franchise like ECM, also good to get some ER capability for TD which I don't think they had before this? Other than that, don't think it really moves the needle all that much
