Technical guide for ECM?
What the title says. BIWS has a brief section on the IPO process and when to raise equity vs debt, but it doesn’t have:
An IPO case study + analysis (why was this a good time to raise IPO? How did it set the premium? Why equity? Etc…)
A “how to analyze a past IPO” section
An in-depth overview of different types of equity offerings
Basically, I’m looking for something a bit less generalist and a bit more ECM-oriented. Anyone know of anything?
