Temple, Nova, Drexel, Saint Joseph's presence on the street?
Forum Topic is pretty much self explanatory..would like to hear stories from alumni who went to these schools and how they got in on the street.

Nova is probably the best of the four
Nova is by far the best of the four. Temple has very few in FO roles. Drexel has a few here and there from what I can tell. St. Joes nonexistent as far as I can tell.
Thanks...this is what I initially thought.
Drexel alumni, the few here and there is accurate, at least from the alumni I know/my classmates.
Nova is by far the best. They are more of a semi-target, but their juniors get BB placement almost every year because of the strong network. If you network and have a high GPA, you should be good at Nova. I an not a Nova alumnus, but know several.
Alum here from one of those schools (not NOVA) -- I haven't come across someone that went to my school yet but I'm sure there are some. Happy to give you my story if it would be helpful -- just PM me.
alright, I PM'd you
As said, nova does the best by quite a bit, especially in s&t from what I've seen.
As far as anecdotes go I know a drexel guy who has done very well for himself across banking/PE and a St. Joe's guy at a regional boutique now. I get a lot of awkward cold e-mails from Temple kids (although one or two have come across well).
what made them so awkward? just curious
One kid got the city of my firm wrong. One kid had another person's name right below mine in the greeting, indicating a careless copy/paste job. One kid had a different font for the greeting/signature vs. the body of his e-mail, again indicating another sloppy mass e-mail.
If somebody does something stupid like that there is a 100% chance I'm not responding. If somebody constructs a thoughtful message that shows they've done their homework I'll respond almost every single time.
Nova strong presence. Drexel you'll find some
