The most advanced financial modelling course
I'm looking for the most advanced financial modelling online course (M&A, DCF and LBO), and by that i mean:
- it should be case based
- go deep into certain topics not covered in usual modeling courses (taxes, NOLs, PP&E schedules, etc.),
- deal structures (insight into the +/- of various deal structures)
- building sophisticated scenarios etc.
Looked at Wall Street Prep, Wall Street Prep and Wall Street Training but they all seem a bit too basic.
Any insights or suggestions? (yes, i've searched the forum for an answer)
