Have a first-round coming up for 2022 SA. Not sure how much you know but a PM with any info would be greatly appreciated.
I did a first-round for SA 1-2 months ago. They were really slow with their process so I had already accepted another offer when I got a 2nd round. Really standard questions. Technicals were straight out of the guides. My interviewer seemed nice and it seemed like they had a tight-knit culture.

I'm interviewing for an SA also. For some reasons I ended up doing a first and second round yesterday. I just got an email for a Super on Thursday. This seems absurdly fast in comparison to a normal time line.
Great group of guys though, everyone seemed to really love it there.

Received an offer from CapM without prior banking internship experience which they said was not a dealbreaker twice during interview processes. This was coming out of an Ivy, however.
