Timing for SIE and Series 79

Those who have taken the SIE and Series 79 for banking:

Did you study for the tests simultaneously?

I feel like studying for both of those tests and taking them during training seems very hard to do. Am I overthinking it?

Never took the SIE, took my exams before they switched things up. Dedicate a few weekends to learning the material with studying during the week as well, literally that is all you do, allowing for chunks of time where you are not studying is the enemy. Don't read the material, it's useless, just take the practice exams/quizes and watch the videos depending on the material you have. Study and take the SIE, Cant take the 79 until you have a sponsor so don't start studying for that until a FT offer is locked in.

I would spend time doing practice questions then reading/drilling on specifics if there's an area you are missing a lot. It's not easy but if you put in the work you'll be fine
