Tipping Our MDs
I’ve seen a couple threads about this lately, but gentlemen, frankly we need to keep this top of mind. Here’s the tip structure I’m proposing for this year MDs: 35% bonus 10% base Directors: 10% bonus 7% base VPs: 15% bonus 5% base Am I being selfish? A few in my class have gone higher on the bonus contribution, because let’s face it, without our higher ups we’d be working in Big 4 at best. Please share thoughts below.
