Tips for drafting slide sketches/writeup

As the title says… am getting into that phase where I need to start drafting slides, MD asks me to give him the outline for ~10 slides, while I have some idea from precedents, would welcome suggestions/best practices for what worked and what did not TIA

An associate I know keeps his personal library with slides to help him with drafting. Whenever he sees a slide that he likes, he inserts it /or a picture of it into a ppt, could be slides created by him or someone else in the team, from ER presentations, capital markets days etc etc.

I guess seeing how people present different messages 1000 times and saving the very best you’ve seen really helps, he’s really good at creating presentations.
