Tolerance for mistakes as a Summer Associate

Just finished week one of my internship at an EB. I feel like 80-90% of what I produce is totally accurate but there’s another 10-20% where I feel minor errors slip through the cracks and get caught on review by the Associate.

I know the goal is to be as close to 100% as possible and to not make the same mistake twice.

For those full timers out there, what’s the tolerance for this and any tips to get closer to that 100% figure?

VERY HARD TO FIND ASSOCIATES WHO WANT TO GO INTO IB AFTER MBA.

That is why you firm decided to take him on. I know you are talking about him and he sucks but is fine. What can the firm do?
