Top IBs located in FiDi
It's known that most banks have been moving north to the midtown area. Out of curiosity, what are the top BB/MM/EB banks still in the FiDi area?

Citi/GS come to mind off the top of my head
CS is a bit down there (flatiron) but rest of the BB are in midtown as are the EBs. The top MM (HL,Jeferries) are also in midtown. Tier 3 banks such as HSBC,BNP,Nomura are also around midtown.
RBC is in FiDi as well

Anyone know anything about this firm? From the website it appears to be a full-service MM but have never seen it mentioned on WSO (in the FiDi area).

I can't think of any top hedge funds or PE firms that are in FiDi.
As others have mentioned, Citi is Tribeca not FiDi.
Only ones in FiDi are GS, RBC, DB (interestingly enough the only IB physically on Wall St), Oppenheimer, and I believe BMO as well? If BNY is down here as someone else said, them too.
