I got to a non-target and have an outrageous number of connections at one bank....UBS. They keep telling me first rounds will be held in a few weeks. I think none of them actually have a clue regarding their own bank's recruiting timeline.
Has anyone had a first round and/or superday with UBS for IBD at this point?

UBS is odd in that they do their super days separate by school. Many of my friends including myself (target school) have accepted offers but I assume they'll hold off on giving non-targets super days until december
