UBS, FT Partners, Houlihan Lokey, or Lincoln - SA 2027

Hey guys, currently deciding between a couple of offers, and was hoping for advice on what to take.

The offers are FT Partners NYC, UBS SF Tech, Houlihan Lokey DC Industrials, or Lincoln Richmond Business Services.

HL the best banking wise but I'd personally take FT and try to lateral and stay w my buddies in nyc

Don’t do Ubs tech (search this sight for threads about it), nightmare group

UBS SF Tech is much worse than NYC. Think relative to flow, their NYC group exits pretty well at least. UBS SF has no exits and no deal flow, while the NYC team doesn't have flow only. Previous UBS posts and just checking Linkeldn for exits show that they had someone leave to FP, PSG, and HIG just this year.
