The offers are FT Partners NYC, UBS SF Tech, Houlihan Lokey DC Industrials, or Lincoln Richmond Business Services.

Better option if you're looking at GE/VC or startup exits, or lateraling to other tech groups
HL the best banking wise but I'd personally take FT and try to lateral and stay w my buddies in nyc

Literal hell on earth and you won’t get deal experience, a good salary, or a good exit.
Very knowledgeable on UBS Tech. It is garbage led by (at a junior level) international H1Bs who ruin the culture, and completely delusional seniors who pitch for thing they have no chance to win
UBS SF Tech is much worse than NYC. Think relative to flow, their NYC group exits pretty well at least. UBS SF has no exits and no deal flow, while the NYC team doesn't have flow only. Previous UBS posts and just checking Linkeldn for exits show that they had someone leave to FP, PSG, and HIG just this year.
