They do a numerical assessment - pretty basic algebra, nothing too crazy but definitely some weird questions that will trip you up. Another assessment is a behaviorual - office environment simulation and how you would react in certain situations dealing with team members. All in all, takes about 45 minutes and is really not that bad. Also, these assessments don't have any impact on your application for UBS, it's simply just a data point that they may be able to use in the future if years of data tend to prove something. And for who was asking above - UBS has a diversity program for freshmen in the spring called Tomorrow's Leaders and they have a fast tracked interview process before the normal process even kicks off which is why you may have seen people saying they got offers or interviews already.

Have any of you heard back after the assessments? Gave mine on the 27th. How / when will we know whether we've been selected for a Hirevue / the next steps?

don't think anyone has gotten info back yet don't lose hope bois

That makes me feel good haha. I just hope they don't interview too late because it gets super difficult to plan for the summer. From what I read some of their interviews happen in November which is quite delayed compared to other programs which finish their recruiting by then.
