Union Square Advisors Comp 2023

Hey folks,

Looking for some insider info from Union Square analysts. I was looking at Glassdoor from 2022/2021 that showed Union Square Advisors paying analysts from 160 to 210 all in. Any current analysts willing to confirm this is accurate in the current slower market? Also now that base is 110 for AN1 wondering about accuracy, but I'm curious about bonus percentages for AN1, AN2, and AN3. Have they changed? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
