USA is a good shop if you want to work at a tech boutique. Deal flow has improved over the years, and folks have gone onto join buy-side shops. Their name isn’t as recognizable outside of the Bay Area, but they have a small office in NY too. Buddy works there, and culture seems good. They don’t have the most impressive people, but good hardworking bankers on the roster.

Great culture especially compared to other similar boutiques, comp is street or higher, exit ops lean vc/growth/corpdev, good reputation in tech(beats out some mm and db/ubs type) and very strong deal flow in 2020 at least before corona.
