Updated Canadian Bonuses - 2012

It looks like base salaries for incoming analysts in Canada have already increased from 70k to 80k+ in some places. I'll be joining the M&A group at one of the top Canadian banks in the summer and am getting 80k...i'm wondering what kind of numbers people are hearing for all in comp these days in Toronto for 1st/2nd/3rd year analysts.

I'd imagine base salaries are still higher at the global offices in Toronto but bonuses lower due to all the troubles with the NY guys lately.

The difference between successful people and others is largely a habit - a controlled habit of doing every task better, faster and more efficiently.
