Weighing up BB offer vs something quite different

I'm currently working at a v small, very new and unknown capital markets boutique (10 people, NYC) that does pretty big deals (100mm-1bn per deal). I have several offers to join BBs next year as a first year analyst. Thing is my current firm has made me an offer. Base isn't high but there are contractual bonuses depending on firm performance that likely would be several times anything I would get at a BB. Obviously I would rather take this offer purely on a comp basis but do you think it would affect my future a lot i.e. much worse exit opps and upwards mobility? Are there any other pitfalls I should be considering?

I like it here quite a lot. The partners are pretty hard to please but are generally pretty nice and fair. I would be the only person 30 which wouldn't be great.
