Looking for some advice on whether this Business Associate internship is worth pursuing or if its all BO roles? And would appreciate some feedback on which of the roles listed in the brochure would likely help out the most with junior recruiting. Appreciate any advice

I'm trying to break into the buyside. I'm currently on the sell-side at BB. How does the buyside compare in pay/ hours / work for younger candidates?
I don't even know the available titles over there. Is the focus really on Portfolio Managers and their supporting Equity Research staff?
