Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking – Sophomore Diversity Summit
Hey so, I was recently accepted to Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking – Sophomore Diversity Summit. I know its not an internship, but what are the chances of being offered a position in the spring? Also what are some things maybe I should do before the summit ? Thanks for all your help!!

I am in the same situation... I don't know whether to be optimistic about this (potential offer opportunity) or not (more info session style)...
From what I've read from previous years with Wells Diversity stuff like this, it seems like pretty good news; HOWEVER, the format they described sounds different from the one-day schedule we've been given through the one email I got from them (in the invite email). I guess we shall see soon?
From the best of my knowledge, they will have this summit day going over roles, coverages, locations ect. Then they will have a follow-up day where they will invite selected candidates to a smaller round of interviews. Usually the % who get an offer from the interview is pretty high from the forums I have read over the years.
Who do they invite to interview? And is is mostly behavioral?
