Is Private Capital Advisory (PCA) similar to Capital Markets? Interview coming up?
Hey all, so I've heard of PCA before and thought it was interesting but would love a more detailed answer of exactly the tasks involved are for a intern/analyst and if they are similar or differnet from capital marekts? Comp/culture/hours would be appreciated too.
Depends… which firm?
Top MM firm think (HW/WB/Laz/Piper)
There are other threads on here discussing this but it depends on the types of transactions you are working on (GP-led vs. LP-led). All-in-all, the role falls somewhere between capital markets and M&A in terms of the type of work you do.
Bump
Pretty sure I applied for the same job posting. Also interested in learning more about it. Could you PM about when you received an interview invite. Curious to what the process is like
