What should I be looking for when finding a F/T IB Job?

I am going to be looking for a ft position in IB and just getting started. What are the key thing I should be looking for when interviewing? Quality of people, dealflow, training, exposire to senior resources? I don't care about hours, but culture is important. What is most import to you?

The most important thing is to find out if they are hiring. This is huge and always the hardest part, especially since you are a little late to FT recruiting. The next would be deal flow. Everything else is just bs
