What to include in a teaser for a Sell-Side deal?

I am in the process for an internship position for a top Boutique in London, in this phase of the process I have been asked to read some materials about a company and elaborate a short teaser to deliver to potential buyers. What sort of information should I include in the teaser? What is the ideal order and length?

Do you know where I can find good examples of teasers?

Thanks in advance

Teasers are short in length (6, 7 pages) and are usually brought out from the IM at some shape or form.

You should focus on describing the main features of the asset with some historicals on one page, have an investment highlights style of page, then talk a bit about key products/clients/competitive advantages, future growth plans/products and maybe a page on firm history/development.

In the US it seems this is more of an executive summary, no?

A Teaser that I usually produce is a two page PDF (so that you could print out front and back as one piece of paper if needed) that has a short sentence on what we have been hired to do (advise client on sale, etc.), short background info on company's story, some info on the products / services offered, some enticing KPIs (remember you are trying to sell the business so you have to cherry pick what you can here), some investment highlights / growth opportunities, a bar chart showing some summary historical and projected financials (usually Net Revenue and EBITDA), and potentially some positive press or a geographical presence breakdown. Lastly, the team's contact info.
