What to put on resume?

Hello everyone! I started off as a freshman in engineering and did not do very well GPA wise. I switched to finance and economics my sophomore year. The semester is about to end and I am on pace for another 4.0. I will end my sophomore year with ~3.5 cumulative but a 4.0 in my sophomore year. As a side note, I am interning at a boutique IB firm this summer.

My first question is how should I list my GPA on my resume? Is there a formal way to say that I did very well in my finance and economics classes my sophomore year?

My second question is how should I list my IB internship for the upcoming summer? I am currently applying for different opportunities and emailing my resume to people. Also, when should I start to add bullet points for the IB internship?

Thank you!
