Current intern at a BB in a FO role.We've been told due to the strong performance of our line of business that there is a FT role for every analyst - essentially the offer is ours to lose .Word spread that IB downstairs got cut this morning - current AN1's. You would expect this send shockwaves into the other interns. So to any other BB IB interns, how has this affected morale?
