What's the rest of the time

Universtiy student here. I know you guys are at the office for 80 - 100 hours a week, but I don't imagine every 1 hour is spent on excel, powerpoint, meetings etc. So roughly what is the distribution of "actual work" and "free time" during the day, and what do you do in that free time?
