Hi guys, was wondering when start date for the analyst programs for BB's tend to begin training, and how long these training programs tend to be (i'm in ER). I figure it might be slightly different this year, but def want to know when I'll have to begin work based on previous years. Thanks!

I was an Analyst many moons ago, but I think training took up the majority of August and you hit the desk in early September.
