Where to learn finance?
Just as the question asks. I know there are a lot of posts and sources to learn financial modeling. But I have not seen many resources that talk about everything in finance that's not modeling. For example, M&A process, how negotiations effect company prices, how to set up a company and structure transaction (like that banker in Narcos from Season 3), how bank moves money around, etc.
The point is that modeling and other quantitative corp. finance concepts are cover very well, but operations on how things happen (in detail) are not covered. For example, I can look up how to create a company and it will tell me to register with the state, but what about a guide on details of what to consider when picking the state to register in, other factors, etc.
I guess I am interested in learning more about how the banker in Narcos was setting up companies, working with banks to move money, etc.
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
