As the title says, I was wondering if there are particular banks that lean more heavily on Full Time recruitment compared to their summer analyst class. Are there banks where you shouldn’t even bother with FT recruitment? I know recruiting FT is very group dependent and is not very structured but would love to know if anyone has any input on this!
