Which job description would suit IB the most?

Hi I am currently working under one of the Big 4 and here's my job description:

Assist in pitching for new work, including researching the market and its key players Assist to develop capital market strategies for acquiring and disposing of real estate assets Help to develop financial models Assist to create funding strategies including fund concepts or sale and leaseback structures Review the historical performance of a real estate company Assist in real estate due diligence for buy-side or sell-side transactions Help to buy or sell individual properties, property portfolios or equity investments Use your research and analytical skills to spot market trends and opportunities Prepare presentation materials to pitch ideas to clients Research and compile benchmarking data on a range of transactions and valuations

I've basically done all of the tasks that is stated above, however, I am trying to select the key pointers to use for IB Resume. I am looking into real estate/capital market IB. Which are the ones I should use?
