Which tier would RBC's RX group rank if they started one?

Extrapolating from RBC's prestige, caliber of senior & junior talent as well as their legacy historic strong relationships with megacap clients globally, here's where I would rank them among the top 15 or so RX groups on the street. (Descending order within tiers).

Tier 1. PJT, HL, LAZ

Tier 2a. EVR, MOE, GUGG, PWP

Tier 2b. CVP, RBC Ducera, ROTH

Tier 3. GHL, JEFF, Piper Sandler

Tier 4. GLC, Intrepid, Miller Buckfire, RJ, Baird
