Agreed, they are great sitting by themselves working on something, but as soon as interaction is needed, target fold.

Well thats not completely true sleepyguyb. Its whoever is best qualified, whether its target or non target but more than not, employers will pick target. I hate to admit it to but thats the way the cookie crumbles.
