Winter Opportunities

I just finished an internship at a pretty no-name boutique ibank and enjoyed it/learned a lot. I will be a sophomore at a mid-tier Ivy this fall and I am looking for a winter banking internship in either SF/LA/NYC (at any level--boutique, MM, BB). How should I go about doing this? Are there any specific programs I could apply to? I am not a underrepresented minority though so I know I can't do some of the winter externship programs offered by the BBs. Please throw out suggestions though
